A deliberate, five-phase process designed to protect your timeline, your budget, and the home itself — for generations.
Most custom-home horror stories start the same way: a vague scope, a soft budget, and a handshake. We do it differently. Every Faltz home moves through five disciplined phases, each with a principal signature before we advance.

We start with the land and the life you want to live on it. Working with our in-house design team and your preferred architect, we translate vision into a buildable set of plans — before a single shovel hits the ground.

Before we break ground, every system is engineered and every cost is locked. Structural steel loads, ICF foundation design, mechanical runs, and smart-home wiring are resolved on paper so the field team executes — not improvises.

Ground breaks, and a principal walks the site weekly. ICF foundations pour, structural steel rises, and Zip System envelopes seal. Every trade signs off on their scope before the next one enters — no handoffs without accountability.

The home becomes yours. Custom millwork, specified appliances, lighting, and smart-home integration are installed and commissioned. Every detail is inspected against the spec book before we accept it.

The keys change hands, but the relationship doesn't end. We provide a complete home manual, a walkthrough of every system, and enrollment in the RWC 10-Year New Home Warranty — 1-year workmanship, 2-year systems, 10-year structural — backed by a third-party insured program operating since 1990. Your single point of contact stays the same principal who signed off on your build.
“A principal signs off on every phase, every punch list, every handoff.
If something isn't right, there's no layer of subs to hide behind. It's on us.”
The first call is exploratory. Bring your land, your ideas, or just your questions.
